Normally, shortly after the exam is finished, you should receive an email in which you can choose a new exam date. If you have not received a new email after more than an hour, please check if you have finished the exam correctly. You can do this by clicking on the link in the access email to the exam again and then check in the tab that opens whether anything still needs to be done. If that's not the case either, just contact us by mail at info@copteruni.com or in the chat at the bottom corner of this page.
