Normally, the applicant notification is sent automatically after the correct submission of the passed exam. First, check whether you have finished the exam correctly by going to the exam link again and see if there is a message that the exam has been finished. If not, please end the exam using the button in the upper right corner.
If not, then you should check your SPAM or JUNK folder. The e-mail with the document will come from DocuSign again.
If you can't find anything in the folders, please contact us via the chat on the bottom left or via mail. We will then take care of everything else.
