The most common reason is that you still have to authenticate the payment via a 2nd step. These measures were introduced in mid-March 2021 for almost all credit card operators and is called 3DS or 3-D Secure procedure.
Depending on how your bank has solved this, you either have to enter an additional pin code, confirm the payment via an app or you may also be sent a code via SMS. As you can see, there are many possibilities.
Long Story Short: In any case, you have to verify the payment separately for it to work.
⚠️ It may well be that an order is already displayed in your order overview in your profile. As long as the content has not been activated for you, the payment has not worked either. In this case, just try again.
Of course, it is also possible that your card is not covered or simply does not work anymore. In these cases, please contact your bank.
