At what point do I need a drone license?

Basically, you need the drone license since 31.12.2020, if you want to fly with systems that are heavier than 250g. However, you may also need it if you are flying systems that are lighter than 250g.

This is the case when you need an exception from the many prohibitions. But also if you want to apply for an ascent permit.
